We are leaders in
Restorative practices implementation
Restorative Practices can transform school culture, empower educators, and promote student success.
But a training alone isn’t going to get you there!
Good implementation entails:
defining a restorative practice mindset
aligning with current teaching & intervention practices
integrating with discipline procedures
baking practices into existing routines
measuring impact
and most importantly.. getting people engaged
Few districts are equipped to implement well. That’s where we can help.
We’ll help you weave restorative practices into:
-
Culture & Climate Procedures
-
MTSS/PBIS
-
Family Engagement
-
Trauma Informed Practices
-

Arliss Prass
Arliss is deeply passionate about building effective education systems. She firmly believes that all children can succeed and that it is our responsibility as professionals and caregivers to unlock the talent inherent in every child.
